An Open Class Session lasts approximately 2 hours and includes:

• Hypnobreathing: Hypnotic elements integrated into a guided meditation with breathing techniques.

• Energy Work: Channeled energy applied to specific points activates the body, while specially curated music creates brainwave patterns that balance the autonomic nervous system.
